This page explains the practical refund and support position for Holiday Let Investor spreadsheets, workflow packs, Pro access and service enquiries.

Digital downloads
Spreadsheet, template and workflow pack products are digital products delivered electronically. Because access may be provided immediately, refunds may be limited once files, tools or member resources have been accessed, except where required by law.
After purchase, you receive an order confirmation email with access instructions. Spreadsheet purchases include download or access details. Pro purchases include access instructions for the Pro workspace. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive. If anything still does not arrive, email hello@holidayletinvestor.co.uk with your order email and product name.
Technical issues
If a download link fails, the file is not received, access does not work as expected, or the order email does not arrive after checking spam or junk, contact support so the issue can be checked and resolved. Where a genuine delivery or access problem cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.
Pro access
Pro Monthly is £29/month and renews monthly unless cancelled. Pro Annual is £249/year and renews annually unless cancelled. Pro access can be managed through the payment provider, WooCommerce account area or support route where available. Cancellation or non-renewal normally stops future access to Pro resources after the paid period ends. One-off purchases remain governed by their own product access terms.
Services and reviews
Paid reviews, audits and done-for-you setup services may require an intake form and scoping conversation. Refunds for services depend on whether work has started, the agreed scope and the payment provider process.
What refunds do not cover
Refunds are not normally provided because a property does not meet expectations, assumptions change, the buyer decides not to proceed with a deal, or the user expected regulated financial, mortgage, tax, legal or investment advice that the site does not provide.
