Boundaries
What the tool is, and what it is not.
The embed is educational arithmetic from the figures the visitor enters. It is not a valuation, a forecast, a recommendation, financial advice or a planning or licensing check, and it says so on screen. That protects you as much as it protects us: you are pointing a buyer at a calculator, not endorsing a conclusion.
We ask three things of publishers: keep the Holiday Let Investor identity and limitation notice visible, do not describe the output as advice or a valuation, and keep the iframe title so screen-reader users can identify the tool.

Partner questions
Does the embed collect any data from my visitors?
No. The calculation runs in the visitor’s browser. No name, email, address, cookie ID or order data is collected by the embed. If the visitor clicks through to the full Deal Checker, they are on our site under our privacy policy, and in the named-partner version we record one aggregate referral count, nothing personal.
Can I change the colours or remove the branding?
The layout is responsive and sits inside your page, but the Holiday Let Investor identity and the limitation notice must stay visible. That is what keeps it honest for your visitor and keeps you clear of giving advice.
Is there a fee or a commission?
The generic embed is free with no commercial relationship. Named partnerships may include commercial terms; if they do, the tool discloses that to the buyer on screen.
Will it work on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or a custom site?
Yes. It is a standard iframe. Any platform that lets you add an HTML block can host it.
Can we send clients the full Deal Checker instead?
